Market, macro, news, fundamentals and filings are acquired only under an explicit monitoring decision. Providers observe; they never decide.

Canonical persistence
PostgreSQL is the single persistent truth. Every observation keeps its provider identity, provenance and freshness; nothing is borrowed from a neighbour.

Engines
Quant, Oracle, Strategist and Risk compute from canonical evidence. Engine output is input to a decision — it is not the decision.

Decision State
A final decision authority admits, limits or withholds each decision per holding. Missing, stale, blocked or unsupported evidence is reported as exactly that.

Axiom explains canonical outputs deterministically. It creates no evidence and re-derives no decision.
