1. Information We Collect

GMoney Titan collects information you provide directly: email address, display name, and portfolio data you enter. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) and technical data (IP address, browser type) to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our analytical tools, personalize your experience, communicate service updates, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Data Providers

Market data is sourced from FMP Premium. CoinMarketCap and other sanctioned providers may support non-price sentiment evidence. Your IP address may be visible to these services during data retrieval. We do not share your personal account information with data providers.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure PostgreSQL databases with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3). Session tokens are stored in HTTP-only cookies. We implement industry-standard security measures including rate limiting, CSP headers, and access controls.

5. Your Rights (GDPR) & Data Protection Officer

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO):

We process your personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6): (a) your consent for account registration and optional features, (b) contractual necessity for portfolio tracking, paper trading, and analysis tools, and (f) our legitimate interest in platform security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used to understand usage patterns. You may opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for trend analysis.
