1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GMoney Titan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Service Description
GMoney Titan provides analytical tools, data visualization, and AI-powered market analysis for informational purposes only. Not financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
3. AI-Generated Content
Analysis, reports, and recommendations generated by our AI systems (including Titans AI, Wisdom Reports, and Coach) are produced by machine learning models and are not reviewed by licensed financial professionals. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions.
4. Market Data
Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed by up to 60 seconds for stocks and crypto assets. Data may become stale during provider outages. We display staleness indicators but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Do not rely solely on displayed prices for trade execution.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person; shared accounts are prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
GMoney Titan and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions informed by our tools or AI-generated content.
7. Paper Trading
The paper trading feature (Titan Dojo) uses simulated balances and does not involve real funds. Paper trading results do not guarantee similar real-world performance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
